Don't you dare laugh

Caught while walking around in the Bukit Bintang area. Lots of you may have seen this restaurant before. So have I but I've never seen it open, even in the late 90's when I was working around this area. To those who don't understand the Malay language, "Jangan Ketawa" means, "Don't Laugh". Wonder what kind of food they served......
